Kristen Bell’s two daughters Lincoln, 10, and Delta, 8, are all about their daddy. The Good Place star just shared rare new photos of her little girls, who she shares with husband Dax Shepard, and it’s obvious these two are 100% daddy’s girls.

In a tribute for Shepard’s birthday, Bell posted a video filled with pictures of the family. In one, Shepard is writing in bed, while one of his daughters is cozied up next to him reading a book. In another, Shepard leans on the ground as Lincoln and Delta give him the biggest group hug. He has his arm around one girl and his hand cradling the other girl’s head as he closes his eyes and just soaks up the moment. It’s so precious!

The Parenthood alum fixes a pink Paw Patrol bike in one photo and teaches one girl how to change a flat tire in another. He even has an underwear dance party with the girls, proving that their love for each other goes both ways. (See the photos HERE.)

  • Heartfelt Caption

In her caption, Bell gushed about what an amazing dad and husband Shepard is.

“To the man who this year started using his flashlight to read the menu, who eats 175 g of protein a day, who loves his friends ferociously, who never balks when I ask him to participate in a dress-up party, who taught our daughters how to change a tire, who once had the hiccups for 72 hours, who still loves a savage tan, who snuggles with the dogs even though he doesn’t like them, who fixes all the bikes, and who always riles the kids up before bedtime,” she wrote. “I will never be able to articulate how happy I am that you were born, and that I found you. Happy birthday my love 💜🎉🥳”

Shepard commented on the post, “OH MY LORD I DON’T DESERVE THIS!!!!!!! (but I’ll take it ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️)” You gotta love a man who knows how lucky he is to be loved like this!

  • Dad Life

The Armchair Expert podcast host opened up about how much he loves being a dad at a SWSW panel in March 2023.

“Nothing compares to being a dad. It is the greatest thing that has ever happened to me,” he said, per PEOPLE.

“When I have failures in life, I get to come home and still be dad,” Shepard added. “It is the most transformative experience. You can feel it’s why you are here.”

  • Prank Time!

Shepard and Bell don’t often post about their daughters — and always keep their faces off of social media! — so it’s always a treat when we get a little glimpse into their home life. Like last August, when the Veronica Mars alum revealed that Lincoln left a disgusting surprise and note in the bathroom sink.

“Look how sweet my family is,” Bell said in a video, before reading the accompanying letter from her daughter.

“Dear mom, me and dad went fishing in the shower drain, and dad caught a fish and I caught minnow!” Bell read. “I know you love fish, so me and dad are going to hand them over to you.”

She then zooms in on the “fish,” aka, gigantic hairballs. “Absolutely revolting,” Bell describes.

It may be gross, but a family who pranks together, stays together!
